Getting started
How does the free trial class work?
You fill in the short booking form with your course, preferred times and time zone. We contact you to confirm a time, then you join a 30-minute one-to-one class with a tutor. There is no payment and no obligation to continue.
What do I need for online classes?
A laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection, and headphones with a microphone if possible. Classes run on common video calling apps such as Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video, and we help you set up before the first class.
Which course should I choose?
If you cannot read Arabic yet, start with Noorani Qaida. If you can read but are unsure of your pronunciation, choose Quran Reading with Tajweed. If you are not sure, choose “Not sure yet” in the form and the tutor will assess you in the trial.
Classes and tutors
Are classes one-to-one?
Yes. Every class is one student with one tutor. Siblings each have their own class time.
Can I choose a female or male tutor?
Yes, subject to availability at your preferred times. Choose your preference in the booking form and we confirm it before the trial class.
How are tutors selected?
Tutors are checked for correct recitation with Tajweed, their teaching approach, and their ability to explain clearly in English or Urdu before they teach students.
Can I change my class time or my tutor?
Yes. Let us know and we will do our best to find a time or a tutor that suits you better.
What happens if I miss a class?
Tell us in advance and we will try to arrange a make-up class. Our terms explain the rescheduling policy in full.
Fees and scheduling
How much do classes cost?
Fees depend on how many classes you take each week. See the Pricing page for the available plans, or ask us on WhatsApp or by email.
Which time zones do you teach in?
We schedule classes for students in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other regions. Enter your time zone in the form and we will match a tutor to your local time.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans run month to month.
