Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information The Quran Verse Online Academy (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange classes:

• Booking and contact forms: the student’s name, parent’s name (for children), email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, time zone, course of interest, age group, tutor preference, preferred class times, and any message you write.
• Analytics (only if you accept): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and approximate location. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry or free trial class.
• To schedule classes and match a suitable tutor.
• To understand and improve how the website is used, if you have accepted analytics.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Children’s information

Bookings for children should be made by a parent or guardian. We collect only the information needed to arrange the child’s classes.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us through service providers we use to run the website and receive email (for example our hosting and email delivery providers). They process the information only on our behalf. We may also share information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a student, for as long as you take classes with us and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing thequranverseacademy@gmail.com. You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which you will be asked again.
