Terms and conditions

These terms apply to classes booked with The Quran Verse Online Academy. By booking a class you agree to them.

Free trial class

The free trial class is offered once per student, with no obligation to continue and no payment details required.

Plans and fees

Classes are offered as monthly plans. Fees for your plan are confirmed in writing before your first paid month. Fees are paid in advance for each month.

Scheduling, missed classes and rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a class. We will try to offer a make-up class at another time.
• Classes missed without notice may not be made up.
• If a tutor needs to cancel, we will offer a make-up class or another tutor.

Stopping classes

Plans run month to month. To stop, tell us before your next month begins.

Conduct and safety

• Students, parents and tutors are expected to be respectful at all times.
• For students under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and is welcome to observe any class.
• Classes must not be recorded without the agreement of both the family and the tutor.
